Deep garnet-purple in color, the 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon is made from 100% Cabernet Sauvignon. It needs a little shaking to bring out notes of fresh black currant and blueberries, followed by hints of mint tea, wet slate, and cardamom with a fragrant hint of lavender.
