2019 CABi Cabernet Sauvignon

Meticulously crafted from 100% estate-grown fruit, this Cabernet Sauvignon embodies the distinctive character of our vineyard's terroir. Hand-harvested at optimal ripeness from our rocky, well-drained soils stress the vines to produce intensely concentrated berries.  Full-bodied yet remarkably balanced, the finish is long and structured, suggesting excellent aging potential while remaining approachable right out of the bottle.
